Why are the monthly subscription prices more expensive than a standard FUJIFILM MFD lease?

FleXOne plans can be as short as 12 months compared to a typical leasing arrangement of 60 months. FleXOne plans also make the higher monthly price more valuable with allocations for unlimited mono prints, generous colour prints for every print tier, and accessible IT and cybersecurity support coverage.

When can I alter or cancel my FleXOne subscription plan?

You can alter or cancel your FleXOne subscription plan at the end of your selected committed period.

Do you have a subscription trial for FleXOne?

No. You can speak with your FUJIFILM Account Manager to explore options to try our print hardware or learn more about your preferred subscription inclusions prior to committing to the plan contract.

When and how can I add more devices to the subscription plan?

You can add devices at any time. Device subscriptions are independent from each other and will start as and when you are ready to add more subscriptions.

Can I increase the included allocations to my FleXOne plan?

No. The subscription plan inclusions and options are fixed for each tier. Speak with your FUJIFILM Account Manager to explore how we can accommodate additional requirements.
