Diing Yu is an IT industry veteran of 35 years and has worked in regional leadership roles in technical consulting, sales, and marketing at Hewlett-Packard (HP), Siemens Business Solutions and Atos. A pioneer in Open-Systems and Client Server Computing, he has a wide range of experience working with the defence, telecommunications, entertainment media and broadcast industry.

His most recent works include cloud-centric MSP services, BPO and BPM engagements with FSI companies as well as coming up with modern strategies to enhance workplace process efficiencies and digital transformation enablement.

Shane Han

MSP Senior Channel Sales APJ, Sophos

Shane Han is the ASEAN Manager for Managed Services at Sophos, and currently serves as the inaugural Chair-person of ASEAN CompTIA Community council. With close to a decade of IT Managed Security Services experience, Shane now dedicates his strengths in consulting organizations with Cyber essential skills in mitigating business risks and maximizing organizational value.

Shane also serves as an advocate to the Cybersecurity Agency Singapore in supporting the formulation of national programs to improve the overall cyber security posture of our SMEs.

Lewis Tan

Pre-Sales Engineer, Crayon (Microsoft)

Lewis is Crayon MWS Presales with a decade of experience in IT spanning across Cloud, Infrastructure, Network and Cyber Security. Helping businesses to drive adoption and making the most out of their investment, securely.

Tina Chopra

Co-founder & CEO, Addlly.AI

Tina Chopra is an experienced entrepreneur and previously founder of content marketing agency Script Consultants. With over 13 years of expertise in content marketing, Chopra's journey has seen her partnering closely with major brands like OCBC and Unilever as well as Government agencies, and serving as a content strategist at Grab. An ex- financial journalist with stints at BBC and Times of India and an editor of several magazines in Singapore, Tina holds a Masters in Media Policy from LSE, and is an Adj Prof and trainer at SIRS (Nanyang Poly). As the Co-Founder and CEO of Addlly AI, she spearheads this venture aimed at revolutionizing content creation and optimization.

Her commitment to innovation is matched by her dedication to sustainability, holding a degree in sustainability studies from the University of Cambridge. Her mission extends beyond business success, driven by a vision to utilize content marketing as a force for positive social and environmental change, making her a trailblazer at the intersection of technology, marketing, and social responsibility.

Please alight at the Labrador Park MRT Station (CC27). Take the overhead bridge to ARC, followed by the linkway to MBC on the 2nd level.

BY CAR
If you are driving, please park at Block 20, green zone. You may take the escalator to the 2nd floor and make a right turn towards the vending machines. We are located just a little further down from the vending machines.

If you are taking a taxi, direct the driver to the Block 20 drop-off point (they will need to drive up the slope). The Customer Experience Centre is located within view from the drop-off point.
