Koh Ching Hong

Chief Executive Officer, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Singapore

Koh Ching Hong is the Chief Executive Officer of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Singapore (formerly known as Fuji Xerox Singapore). As a visionary and inspirational leader, Ching Hong is responsible for developing and driving long term growth strategies for FUJIFILM Business Innovation Singapore, and leads in its transformation to meet the demands of our customers across all segments of the market.

He brings with him more than 35 years of experience in business development, finance management, strategic and operational leadership across different industries.

Howard Ng

General Manager, Services & Solutions Business, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Singapore

Howard Ng is FUJIFILM Business Innovation Singapore’s Senior Director of Solutions and Service Delivery Operations, responsible for ensuring the quality of the functional deployments.

Howard brings with him 20 years of IT and Managed Service experience designing, implementing and managing solutions and services for both enterprise and small-medium businesses.

A veteran in the print and information technology industry with wide-ranging technical leadership appointments in the field of Solutions Architecture, Project and Portfolio Management, Pre-sales Consulting, Product Development and Managed Services, he is also a pioneer in the implementation of Enterprise Content Management and Managed Print Services for enterprise customers in Singapore.

Siraj Iqbal

Assistant Director, E-invoice Project office, IMDA

Siraj has over 20 years of experience in the high technology and telecommunications industries having launched several new businesses and services such as Foosti - a reverse billing data platform (1800 for data), pfingo - a new telco powered fixed-mobile convergence service, more recently he has served as the Country Manager for Mobileembrace an ASX listed entity responsible for P&L in Singapore and Malaysia. He also teaches as an adjunct lecturer in the local universities. He currently works in IMDA helping to rollout the InvoiceNow network to businesses across the country.

Rudy Lim

Chief Executive Officer, OIO Singapore

Over the past decade, Rudy has encountered entrepreneurs at all stages of growth, both locally and globally, in his dual capacity as investor and mentor. He stands firmly by the notion that technology should be used to create value for society. His role formerly as the Head of Fintech at DBS allowed him to further this notion. In order to disrupt traditional means of banking and maintain DBS’s foothold as the leading bank in the region, he found integrating FinTech solutions into DBS’ core business increasingly necessary.

Prior to joining DBS, Rudy was with Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) as a venture capitalist and dealt with strategic innovations and investments. There, he worked closely with media start-ups to develop new business models and generated fresh revenue streams across SPH’s extensive range of media and engagement platforms.

Jeff Cham

Jeff is a leader in technology with extensive experience within the APAC region. He has delivered impactful digital transformation programs and modernised IT landscape and operations, with a Best Director of the Year 2018 award to prove his track record.

Over the years, he has developed and executed business and technology strategy, delivered major programs and projects, optimised IT services and operations, built lasting partnership with stakeholders and external vendors and last but least develop talents and build high performing teams. At M1, he is helping to reshape technology operations as a trusted business partner, by building relations and managing offshore System Integrator with over 200 resources.

David Lane

General Manager, FUJIFILM CodeBlue Australia Pty Ltd

David combines more than 30 years’ experience in technology, business strategy and transformational change management to create a true innovative, customer-first approach to how we operate. During his career David has worked across both hemispheres, four different continents and in over 35 countries, including senior positions with Gartner, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Sun Microsystems and International SOS. David’s depth of experience gives him the unique ability to uncover business transformation opportunities that improve the customer experience and drive business growth. Prior to joining the team, David was the Chief Commercial Office of The Red Flag Group and Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Gartner.

Matt Conaghan

Head of Operations, Professional Services and Regional Expansion, FUJIFILM CodeBlue Australia Pty Ltd

Matt has been in the managed services space for over 20 years, and during that time has worked for international companies such as Dell in Canada and Lufthansa in Germany. Joining the team in 2014 as our National Operations Manager, Matt has been with us from almost the very beginning – supporting the business through its evolution from small local business to national service provider. Matt brings his experience across multiple disciplines and countries to apply a true people-first approach to operations and processes, ensuring you remain our focus and can get back to what you love.
